I worked with Lautaro on several projects where I got the chance to see the kind of professional he is. He's not only capable as a programmer, but also a team player that will tackle tasks even out of his day to day responsabilities. He's not afraid to take the initiative and deliver what his team needs done.
At Etermax we frequently worked together in design sessions where he organised the inputs of several engineers and helped form the initial concept behind one of the major bets of the company for that quarter.
I hope to work with him again in the future and know any team would benefit from having someone like him around.
Lautaro is a key player for any team that wants to make improvements in its processes and wants to have good communication between all the members.
He has been always looking forward to making high-quality products while also making sure everyone feels listened to and part of the project. I believe that for him the team spirit is really important to deliver great results.
It has been an honor to work with him in the same team and would love to have another opportunity like that in the future.
I worked with Lautaro for about two years and I found him not only to be a great colleague but also an excellent mentor.
Although we worked in different areas, on certain occasions we had to work together on a particular feature, where I was able to observe his methodical processes and his great communication skills.
He has boundless curiosity, always learning about new things and new ways.
Lautaro is always open to feedback, even from roles that are not necessarily in his area: he's always looking to improve, to learn, to listen to others and to implement everything he has learned along the way.
He's an active listener who, in complicated situations, not only tries to proactively solve problems, but also lends help to his coworkers. And most of the time he also does it with a smile 🙂
